3. The oil coating cycle for steel wire ropes is once every 4 months, and the temperature of the oil used must be around 50 ℃. The oil should soak the entire rope core and wipe off any unused grease.

4. When placing the steel wire rope, it should be coiled and stacked well, without overlapping, and should not be placed in dirty, messy, and damp places.

5. To avoid loose and loose rope ends, the top of the steel wire rope needs to be tightened or welded firmly.

6. During use, if there are oil droplets on the surface of the wire rope, it indicates that the wire rope has exceeded its load and should be immediately stopped from use. Then, all aspects of the wire rope should be inspected, and new wire ropes should be used if necessary.
